Citoyen Optimum is pleased to announce that France-Michèle Thomas is joining the agency as Account Director. In addition to her role as a strategic advisor to the agency’s clients, France-Michèle will help guide the marketing public relations practice and work closely with the leadership team to grow the practice.

Her solid agency experience combined with her rigor, passion, determination, and professionalism will take our marketing public relations practice to new heights. We are thrilled to welcome her to the team,” says Katia Robillard, Vice President and General Manager of Citoyen Optimum in Quebec.
In the course of her career, France-Michèle has made a name for herself with the impressive energy and creativity she brings to the table. She has worked for both corporations and agencies, building expertise in corporate communications and branding, media relations, issue management, and event planning. She has also had a hand in crafting social media strategies for a number of brands. Over the years, France-Michèle has put her expertise to work for clients such as L’Oréal, Microsoft, Labatt, Opus Hotels, Aldo, Winners, and Procter & Gamble, to name just a few.

France-Michèle holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and social work from Université de Montréal. She also sits on the board of directors of the Cardiovascular Health Action Association led by Dr. Julie St-Pierre.
